1. Truthful Representation: You must provide authentic details regarding the vehicle's make, model, year of manufacture, year of registration, exact mileage, engine capacity, and current condition. Misleading information regarding vehicle options or condition is strictly prohibited.
2. Clear Ownership: You confirm that you hold the legal right to sell the listed vehicle or are authorized by the legal owner to act on their behalf. Vehicles subject to unresolved legal disputes, invalid ownership books (CR), or unpaid finance claims must not be listed without clear disclosure.

• Technical Evaluation: We encourage hiring an qualified independent mechanic or taking the car to an authorized automotive service center in Kandy, Colombo, or your local town to perform a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection before finalizing the purchase.
• Leasing and Payment Safety: When arranging auto loans or bank leasing facilities, deal directly with registered banks and financial institutions in Sri Lanka.
